I appreciate Jenny for her customer service and help in everything (she was great). Company wise, the charge for the diagnostic I think is overpriced just to tell me that it was the alternator, after keeping my vehicle overnight. It shouldn't have taken that long for a diagnostic.

Brandon the service manager gets an A+ in all areas of customer service along with being professional and courteous during the process. Shame other high end dealerships don’t operate the same way.
