My experience was great!

Have gone a few times for same issue of engine and always is something different. Issue started today again. The employee was nice.

Brandon KIA is always been very professional and courteous. I have bought two Kia’s there and will buy anouther.

My first time there, not sure if someone was suppose to meet me when I pulled up but nobody did and I went inside and it was about 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. After that the service was good.

Service was much improved over the previous visit. Mr Venters was a great service advisor to deal with compared to the guy I dealt with the previous time.

It was fast and painless

Paint was scratched on the hood seam down to the plastic.

It was great, Nick was amazing as always! The techs/mechanics notes were a little spicy tho. They were truthful however they had tone that could be misinterpreted. People without thick skin would probably be offended. I would stick to objective and positive language. This is absolutely not a reflection of Nick. He’s great.
