Greeted immediately when entering the service area. Check in process was smooth with Nick, my advisor. I got a text when my car was serviced. Nick was up front with me about how long it would be and he was accurate. I had my granddaughter with me (11/2yrs old). Nick walked me back to the kiddie room, which was private and perfect for my grand. Great experience!

Wasted time waiting around for diagnosis . Four hours to provide little information and that parts needed to be ordered and it would be ready in six days. I could have went home immediately!
