I’m not sure why, but the customer representative addressed me by my first name, which I found rather inappropriate. I was also not satisfied with their overall attitude. During my previous visits, I was assisted by another representative who was always very professional and courteous, and I was very pleased with their service. I don’t understand why there has been a change in this regard.
