Front desk Staff was friendly, and kept me informed through the process, the car was also vacuumed which is a welcomed service. unfortunately the car has had a weird rumbling sensation and sounds since it was serviced and I’m currently going through the process of getting this looked at. .

Nick was the service man that helped me at the desk. He was professional and informative. He checked to see if I had a warranty and saved me some money on my repairs.

I made an appointment online which was very convenient and was scheduled for the very next day. Brad was my advisor and he was very polite and helpful. I have to go back because they had to order a part which only took a day. Very pleased with my experience!

Quick and early

Service Advisor, Alex, was extremely cold and indifferent. Seemed as if he wanted to be doing anything but help customers. Made an appointment for 10 am. Finally pulled my vehicle into the shop around 11:30. What is the point of having an appt. A guy I was talking to in the waiting room did not have an appointment his car was finished before mine even went into the shop. Watching the service text through the glass window is like watching paint dry. Guys on their phone, laughing and talking, strolling around at a snail's pace.
