The waiting area is not the greatest and could use an update/ throw out the old magazines and move the snacks away from the restroom. Everyone is friendly but waiting should be a little more comfortable.Always friendly,customer service mind set and fast

My only note for improvement would be that in my opinion cartoons should not be on the tv in the waiting area. There were no children in the room. The service provider was preoccupied watching the tv rather than completing the customer’s transactions quickly. Overall, this would not sway me from recommending Courtesy Mitsubishi.
