Trustworthy and professionalism.

My only note for improvement would be that in my opinion cartoons should not be on the tv in the waiting area. There were no children in the room. The service provider was preoccupied watching the tv rather than completing the customer’s transactions quickly. Overall, this would not sway me from recommending Courtesy Mitsubishi.

Staff is great and very knowledgeable able. My only wish would be for the insurance to be listed on the website. For instance I went in for my 60k service I booked my appointment online. When I put in 60k miles it came back recommend I do oil change, tire rotation, transmission flush. However Courtesy had their own 60k service which include oil change, tire rotation, transmission flush, cabin/engine filter and also coolant flush. The price was a lot cheaper than whay Mitsubishi recommend and more was done to my vehicle.Friendly and knowledgeable staff
