Customer service that is provided is fabulous

I got my brakes done on 9/25/25 and spent a total of $830. Then, I had to go back on 10/3/25 to finish the job. At the end of service, I asked if someone could test drive my car because I heard a sound on my brake. They were too busy and couldn't assist me. Not sure why, as I believe, it won't take long to just drive around and see.

I was disappointed that they couldn't test drive my car after I spent about $920. They fixed my brakes on 9/25/25. However, I heard a sound when I stepped on my brake.

I'd just like to say that Dan the man , Aaron , Shane and Bill and the full service team for their Courtesy just like your nameEverytime I get my car serviced no matter how big or little my concern is they will always give me an explanation and.handle it to make me feel like a valued customer . we did not wait for service so some of the above not applicable. Recall software update was done.customer parking needs to be addressed. waiting area is small and gets congested. On positive side we feel confident with the service techs and work being done.next service date not discussed, assume when next oil change needed. Our prior dealerships provided maint service intervals to follow.could not make an appointment using on-line App. Phone call appointment works.parking very limited at South Attleboro locationcustomer service rep took many hours to recommend tire options and did not offer/provide all weather tires. An unexpected level of disappointment and concerns when driving this winter.
