I would suggest that if there are frustrations with co-workers or manager to not discuss it while customers are all present.Based on the work that needed to be done the staff was very helpful and kept me informed of how things were going.

Due to location of dealership/service parking is never easy. The waiting area is tiny and seats are ok, not very comfy. Other Mitsubishi dealerships have nice facilities and waiting rooms.Good, reliable service.
