Very good experience free coffee while you wait, but that just I have to wait for too long then from 2 hours waiting that they said it became almost 3 and half hours, then I have to come back because they don't have the part, so I need to drive for almost 2 hours back and forth again, P.S I buy a new car but after 4 days one of sensor already broke,

service tech Juan was excellent. very technical, helpful and friendly. I purchased vehicle used a few months ago at this dealership and this was my 1st service. for last 15 years Courtesy Toyota (next door) serviced my 2005 Sequoia which was running perfectly when I sold it with 300,000 miles. I am hoping for this Armada to last as long. whenever possible, I service at the dealership and i am very pleased with my initial impression of Juan and Courtesy Nissan! I will be back in a few thousand miles!
