Everyone was friendly. Including the selling department which I wasn’t going to buy car, but they did spoke with me. However, when I called and asked about what was wrong with my vehicle. I don’t believe that I receive a one-to-one answer and the person was reading off the same paper I could read from. Only thing that I know about cars is how to drive and I feel that the person that I was speaking with had the same knowledge as I did. I feel that the service people should be able to explain in simple words what was wrong with the vehicle. Imagine going to a doctor and have them speak with you in medical terms. Would you understand?

Victor was excellent, he worked with me to get a great deal and Sebastian in financing was also professional and fast.
