I needed to schedule a visit for a Leaf recall and I called twice and someone was to call me back and didn't, so I called again and was able to schedule the service. When I arrived, the associate called to ensure that someone that was Leaf certified was working that day. I would have thought you'd have a standard practice to ensure someone would be available to perform the scheduled service.Lastly, I requested they charge up the vehicle since you have the charging stations there. They did that, but I would think that would be a standard practice and I wouldn't need to specially request that. I'm very happy with the Leaf.
