Excellent. I waited for over 2 hours for an oil change--appointment was at 9:20. At 11:30, I went to desk to get an updated--apparentl, I had never been checked in (could have been my error). But Joe addressed my concern immediately, and had me on my way within 40 minutes.

Everything was good. Bought a Titan from Adam with a trade in. Was happy to work the deal over the phone as it should be done. It's 2023 no one has time to come spend a day working deals. I own multiples business and definitely don't have that kind of time so I appreciate having the truck delivered and handling everything over the phone
