We brought our car in for an Oil Change and the tech did not put the plug in properly so we had a leak upon arriving home. The dealership had the car towed repaired and returned the same day. We appreciate how they went the extra mile to correct a mistake, Thank you to Michael Tibbs our Service Advisor! He is always pleasant and really came through for us in making sure everything was handled as quickly as possible.
