Sam is my tech and I always know he’s gonna look out for me as I’m sure all of your techs do for their customers I was in a little bind because of medical issues and I was worried about the price Sam was able to find a discount so that wouldn’t hurt my wallet…..he’s outlined my maintenance schedule so I know when certain things are needed. I had an appointment scheduled online. Staff at the service center greeted me. I was waiting at the waiting area while the repair was done. Vehicle got delivered as promised on time. Its really a pleasant experience. I love their customer service, completely satisfied.

overall good, was there only for oil change and tire rotation. I could have been told it was already done instead waited until I declined addition recommended services before being told that my car was finished.
