I booked an appointment at the last minute and close to the service center closing hours of operation. They were quick to get my oil change done and my car diagnosed. Great service overall

I recently purchased a new 2023 Frontier from Courtesy Nissan. I originally indicated an interest in a truck online and was contacted within an hour by Jorge Nieto. We discussed the truck I was interested in and he took the information on my 2019 trade. We made an appointment the following day to discuss a purchase. Jorge was friendly, knowledgeable and answered my questions.When I arrived the next day I had decided to trade up to a ProX and we spent an hour looking at the inventory on the lot but could not fine the color and options I wanted. He then spent several hours looking for a truck at nearby dealers bit without success. He indicated they would continue to look until they could find the truck I wanted. The next morning he called and said they had just received a truck with the options I wanted and a color I would like and I went that afternoon and bought the truck. He helped me identify and order a couple extra options and made arrangements to have then installed. Jorge is friendly, caring and follows up throughout and after the purchase process. I highly recommend Jorge for purchase of a new car and can attest to Courtesy's service department as they serviced my old 2019 before the trade. Highly recommend Courtesy Nissan.
