I got the car I wanted, in the color I wanted and the experience was perfect, very well-done, no high-pressure, very professional, very super-friendly- he even gave me a ride when I needed to get to the dealership! It took a little long 50+ minutes to make a key with an appointment I was on time for. Other than that my Salesmen Victor Gonzalez in Service. Matt at the Parts counter was great. Rickey was pleasant to talk with & walked me to my car.

I recently made an online inquiry about a 2023 Frontier. Within an hour I received a call from Jorge Nieto and we discussed the truck I was interested in and set up an appointment the following day. Before our meeting I decided to upgrade to a ProX and the one they had in stock was already sold. At the meeting Jorge took me on a test ride and then spent several hours trying to locate a truck that met my desires, without success. The following day Jorge called me and sent me a picture of a beautiful ProX with the packages I wanted they had just received. I immediately went back to meet with Jorge and look at the truck and I bought the truck that day. Jorge also helped me order some accessories and made arrangements to have them installed. He followed up with me during the entire process and has continued to followup with me. The entire purchase experience was professional and Jorge was exceptional in ensuring I got the truck I wanted and answered all my questions.
