My sales rep was incredible. He was polite, kind, accommodating, and on point. The same for Finance. She helped find me the best deal for my situation. Only downfall was service. The tech assigned to prepare my car called out to attend a Bucs game and then wanted to call out again the next day. His work wasn’t complete so we had to wait another day to take possession of the car.

My service manager Jasmine is great, always helpful and friendly. Only reason I give a 4 star is because I took the car in because of a couple concerns but did not get specific details to ensure what caused the issues. The assumption is the car did not start because of the battery but I wasn’t advised why the car smoked when it finally did start up. It left me wondering if the work done truly resolved any underlying issue. The 2017 car is running fine but now feels a bit rough on the ride, shakes while driving, assuming it may just need an alignment.
