Karen was great she was with me throughout the whole process explaining everything even after my battery went dead the service department Brian Perry and Ricki went above and beyond to get my car back to me as fast as possible because of hurricane things were delayed thank u for all u did for me

Service is always great. My only problem when I schedule service it ask will you need rental I put yes. Then when I arrive they NEVER have a rental car.
