This was all done via phone. Anthony R was so helpful and answered any questions I had immediately and assured me we were in good hands at Courtesy Nissan. I had to purchase a car for my daughter after hers was totaled and I live in a different state. Krystal in finance was very nice as well and helped with this purchase.
