AJ is always great and answers all of my questions.

Our Altima would does not crank on first try once in every several days. Then it does crank after two to four trys. Unfortunately, this makes the problem difficult to trouble-shoot since it is hard to duplicate when in for repair. Courtesy could not get the problem to show itself when we took it to them. They waived the trouble-shoot charge and told us to call them if it eventually failed without getting it to start. They will have it towed in then and repair it. We very much appreciate their not billing us and giving us a way to get the car to them when it fails us.
