The 2 black service ladies... was not busy when we arrived..asked for help and she looked u[ our car record. She stated we always go to Jose. I stated it did not matter, Jose had alot of people at his desk. She told me then deal with the service manager and sent me to the end of the counter.. The service manager put in my ticket for my car. Later received a text from Jose. Which totally confused me. When I went to check on my car, the black lady was talking memtioned our name. We thought it was her that was taking care of us. Ended up with Jose, The place in the service dept seems to be very confusing. Whoever checks us in should be the one that takes care of us. Jose stays very busy, always has people at his desk, is on the computer, talking on the phone while eating his lunch and taking care of customers in frount of him. It sometimes seems very very confusing, The black ladies made me feel as if they did not want to take care of us and they was not busy. They was just talking, perhaps we was not black enough for them. The ladies was not busy or so it seemed. we never seen them take care of any customer while we was there. Jose was nice and treated us well..He is just very busy and works like an octopus while eating his lunch. Seems as if he never takes a break. He is a hard worker, those ladies need to take some lessons from Jose.

Ben Walker,in certified used cars at Courtesy Nissan)found the perfect car for us. I gave him my criteria for a.vehicle.He pre-qualified us and sent pictures of vehicles that met my criteria along with carfax and video.All over the phone no pressure. After 3 days of research we met Ben at the dealership.We left in our 2019 Toyota Sentra with only 13,000 miles loaded in new condition.Everything went so smoothly. I have bought many cars but this was the smoothest and most professional car purchase yet.
