I was satisfied with the work, what I did not like was they recommended an expensive different job that I really didn't need, I always get a second opinion and was told I didn't need what they told me to do. I am in retirement and my income is limited, so I have to be very careful with my expenses.

Fernando is very professional. He keeps me updated and informed of what is going on with my vehicle. He explains all the details. He never rushes me or acts like he is too busy to assist me.
