I've never had a bad experience when taking my vehicle to get services. When I made my appointment online for my visit on 12/11, I noted that the hood on my Juke was rattling again (they tightened it on my last service call). Since I often listen to music when I drive, I did not notice the rattling until Tuesday, 12/14 and that's when I forwarded an email to my Service Advisor to let her know that the hood had not been tightened. I also sent an email to Nissan Consumer Affairs since this seems to be a manufacturing issue, of my concern regarding the loosening of the hood. I am waiting for a response from my Advisor.
