My experience with the service department was good. In and out fast. However they did not reset my settings and I have not been able to. I am still disappointed with the sale of the Roque. I felt like I got a switch out. As I had my car for a month and they called saying I had the wrong car. So the brought me another Roque. I am not as happy with it as the first one. Also was told I would get a few things but never did. I think next car I will go back with Ford.

My Rogue was experiencing problems and couldn't start, and Nissan made sure to investigate all possible issues that could be occurring and recommending a course of action to get my vehicle working and give me peace of mind.
