I expressed my total dissatisfaction with my first encounter with Courtesy Nissan to Jaimie Pacheco. Since I planned to purchase my previously leased car I had researched all options and fees ahead of time. I wasn’t happy with the size of fees. Jamie explained all that the sale would require and we set up an appointment. I was pleased with the greeting at the door. Locating Jaime and going through the paper work and waiting for the required inspection by the service center. I was impressed by the thoroughness and remediation of a few issues. I was more than pleased by my experience. All in less than three hours. It felt so good to know good service is not a lost art.

I was a little disappointed because all of our Nissan vehicles receive outstanding service. So I decided to have my Saturn Sky serviced, which wasn’t up to our or Nissan standards.

The team at Courtesy Nissan of Tampa were WONDERFUL! They made the car buying experience easy and enjoyable. I worked specifically with Jason, Bill, and Aaron. Personally I have a bad credit score and am currently working on improving it. At first I was dreading buying a car due to that, but when I called Jason he was very friendly. He knew my credit score and etc from the short application I filled out online prior to calling them and he still was open minded to car buying options for my current financial situation. When I got there I was greeted with a friendly front desk team and then shortly after that Jason. He showed me a couple different options. Once I picked the SUV that was the perfect fit for our family, Bill was the next team member I worked with. He was also very kind and helpful. He was able to find a bank to finance my SUV. Then from Jason and Bill, Aaron came in to help finalize everything. I would give each gentlemen at Courtesy Nissan of Tampa 5 out of 5 stars *****! I would highly recommend anyone to Courtesy Nissan of Tampa if you’re in market to buying a car.

My experience buying my Nissan Sentra was awesome! First, having ng someone like Beth Shoup provided by FiCare Credit Union was extraordinary. I don't know how I ever purchased a car without someone like her and her common sense and I expertise. I was greeted by Jaimie before I ever got out of my truck, and he was a wonderful guide and help. Good teacher! Had me using Bluetooth and my phone in a safer, more convenient way. Lastly, my financial guide, Mr Terry was great, answered all my questions and made the whole financing portion so easy. Then the "Icing on the Cake" was same day, 4 hours later, I drove my new car home!! The perfect "car purchasing" experience!!!!

Excellent services all in all. People were very accomodating and nice especially Sam.
