We were more than happy with the whole experience of buying out our lease. The inspection to certify our Altima was thorough and all issues rectified. Even ordered and installed rodent damaged windshield cowl. Our salesman Jaime Pacheco’s efforts on our behalf facilitated everything in a timely manner. An excellent experience so appreciated.

The process was the usual three hour back and forth negotiation until the paperwork was signed and the keys turned over. Nothing more nothing less. The process hasn't changed in all the years I've leased and purchased vehicles.

Fast easy service

Service was fast, I was in and out in 50 minutes. Because of the crack in the front windshield, my car was not washed after the service. The inside windshield was full of handprints from replacing the oil change sticker. So no 5 star rating .
