Everything was good, the car wash needs improvement and include the car interior.

I came in and found out my appointment was for the Hyundai location. They fit me in and it really that much longer. The staff was great.

Such a great for service. I brought my truck for a problem and my service writer Mr Aj told me not to worry. He got me a loner car and took care of everything. When my truck was ready call me and told me to come in for my truck. Aj is super good guy love the attitude. Great service thanks very much 👍

The service team was very good and friendly. Bryant answered all my questions. 5 stars to them The only issue and it is a big one is that my keys had to be left up front because service was closing at 6. The woman that worked the desk was rude, nasty and very unfriendly. She seemed PO'd because I made her put her phone down. Her looks was like if I had a gun I'd shoot you. She needs a lot of coaching if that is possible. I work in Customer Service Field, and she would have been fired for her total lack of respect to a customer. Great first impression. Have been told she is "moody" and others have complained. That is not moody, that is rude and disrespectful to the max! Guess Nissian does not have an issue with a person like this respresenting Nissan. If that is the case I will not shop here again neither will my daughter! Guess will go back to Toyota. I would not give a lower star rating because did not want the service to think it was them.

Great experience

Needed to get my Kicks recall fixed and decided to do the oil change, tire rotation, engine air filter, and alignment done at the same time. Mad an appointment, took it in, and was gone in less than 2 hours. I was pretty surprised and everything was smooth from there. Quick and painless.
