It was a very busy day for the service department, but they still did a good job.

The wait time was a little long but overall it was good

I brought my car in for something hanging from the undercarriage. I did not have an appointment and was told that it would be a 2 hour wait time. I settled in for the wait but was called after about 20 mins that the car was ready. My contact person was Jazmine and she has been amazing every time I have brought my car in. Can't say enough about Courtesy Nissan or Jazmine.
