Great service!

Excellent customer service!

Everyone was very friendly and I absolutely love the text feature letting me know the status of my vehicle. One thing I didn’t love was the wait at drop off. It seemed only one person was handling that while a bunch of us waited with several employees behind the window, but only one assisting us. I also didn’t love that my seat, my steering wheel and all my mirrors were adjusted. I understand that when someone else is driving they need to be safe, but where did they drive it to have to make such changes?
