We are new to the Tampa area and Jasmine in the Service Department always takes Excellent care of us.

I had an unusual situation with my Murano that took extra time to get it taken care of for me. It turns out that a noise being generated in my vehicle came from someone at the assembly plant or someone on my prior service call, left a pencil in the frame of the car that generated the unusual noise. The mechanic who found and took care of the noise issue did all that was necessary to find the pencil and removed it from the innards of the car. Courtesy Service Dept. to the rescue.

My Service Adviser was Bryan Perry he is always a pleasure to work with. He kept me inform while my vehicle was there for an oil change and tire rotation. Although the mileage schedule was not placed in the upper windshield after I noticed a few days later Mr Perry was very helpful in making sure that one was printed for me so I could keep track of my next service date.
