We were extremely pleased with our buying experience mainly because Jacob Rivera did such an outstanding job!!! He went out of his way to get the exact vehicle we wanted and was so very helpful at all stages of the process. A really nice young man. Jacob answered all our questions, it was obvious he had excellent product knowledge. We are super pleased with the Murano SL which is our second Murano . A TIP for you - we are both in our 70s and wanted the Advanced Safety Features since we have gotten less confident in our driving skills. You might want to push this somehow in your advertising to other seniors. Al and Donna Williams

Waited about an hour and a half for a oil change and tire rotation. Julian was very helpful.

Michael the service advisor was very helpful. He took care of my car service in a smooth manner. I appreciate him.

My experience with Josh and Kiram was excellent. They were very patient and helpful with helping me make decisions. The only problem is and this is ONLY on Nissan (not Josh or Kiram) manufacturing is there is NO hitch available to put my lift on for my scooter. Who would have thought that would be the case. Now, I am stuck waiting and not being able to be fully independent.
