The service advisor, Sam Velez, goes above and beyond in client service. He is personable, down to earth, and trust worthy. He deserves a raise. Anytime, I need to go to Nissan, I will definitely be requesting him each time. He is knowledgeable and offers great vehicle advise without trying to up-service just. He is a great asset to the Nissan service advisor team.

Julian uribe Service my car. He was friendly and professional. My problem was when I arrived there and sat in the waiting room. One of your service employee was cursing to another employee of why they broke into his box over the weekend. It was non stop cursing. I thought it was very unprofessional that we the customers have to hear that. They were both dark skin men. I couldn’t get there names but you should definitely ask them to be more professional next time. What if there were kids there.

Se nota un poco la venta "Dirigida" el costumer debe poder elegir su carro y no el vendedor...eso crea que el cliente cambie el fabricante.. aunque bueno para el vendedor por la comision y los resultados...deja pocas alternativas al cliente...y por ende influye en su satisfaccion.
