After over a 8 month period, I was able to resolve a transmission shifting issue I was having. There were a lot of factors that occurred with this intermittent issue, and for some reason my communication and explanations were not completely resonating to the end worker the mechanic which lead to the problem reoccurring. At this last visit, with the help of Latasha Langston, The Service Advisor Manager Rich Phelps and the attentive mechanic Doug Hardy I was able to get My Titan repaired. Can't say how relieved I am to have had someone like Doug help resolve this issue. Thanks.
