Great customer service!

The Courtesy Nissan staff were courteous with their interaction with me, and quick to get the part for my door handle ordered and repaired very quickly.

Upon my arrival at the dealership to have my car serviced I must report I was a bit taken back when I didn't see some of the service staff and customers wearing a mask or face cover. However I was at ease by the fact I was able to wait in an area of the dealership that only had one other customer in the area. It brought a sure sense of relief to me when my service rep approached me and told me my car was ready . Jose was attentive and professional. Just as he promised he got me out of there as soon as he could! I am very satified with the service I received! And yes, I was wearing a mask. #healthcareworker

I had an appointment to get one of my tires repaired and it was done in a timely manner. I was pleased and didn’t have to wait too long to have it fixed. I then could go on with the rest of my day.
