Every time I come to this location for my service I am more then satisfied. Alphonso Johnson is my service advisor and he’s the reason I keep coming back. He always has my best interest in mind & goes the extra mile to give me the best experience possible. In the past, I serviced my Altima at other locations but nothing beats the service provided by Alphonso. I appreciate how he always gives me his honest recommendations and answers all my questions thoroughly. The wait for my service is usually not long at all & the lounge has coffee and snacks. It is also very well maintained and clean. I look forward to returning to this location for all future my needs at Nissan.
