Free oil change because customer service was lacking. The 1st service advisor who was assigned to me was terrible. I’m not sure if he was just having a bad day or what. So another service advisor took over and to compensate he comp’ed the oil change charge. Very nice because I didn’t even request it. Thanks

Bought a Nissan sentra and it had a dent on the side front tire and cracked grille. I was given the car because I wanted a car under $10,000 so they gave me a "deal". I only noticed the dent and crack after I drove it home.
