Good customer service and timing

Sept 7th 2019 was when I met Malcolm Higgins at Courtesy Nissan of Tampa. His personality and his energy was so contagious that I knew that something good was gonna happen on this day!!! Sure enough He went over and beyond to make my heart glad!!! I was blessed to walk out of there with a 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport......... ENOUGH SAID LOOK AT GOD WON'T HE DO IT!!!!Love to tell anyone about my experience at Courtesy Nissan!!! Love love love this place!!!💞💞💞

Was able to make a same day appt. Took approximately 3 hours but I've had no problem since. Unfortunately I found that my extended warranty has a $100 deductible if not serviced at the same purchase place. (did someone tell me that ?...I don't think so) But they handled it best they could. I've now learned what to ask.

Malcom was wonderful. Great customer service. Everyone at Nissan was friendly and were great customer representatives. It was a very customer atmosphere to buy a car which can be stressful for me!

Very friendly, car was delivered in prompt and very clean manner. Our salesman Malcolm was excellent in presenting the car inside and outside. It was best experience in purchase of a car for me.

I was at Courtesy for a mileage reading that didn't seem to read correctly with my fuel tank needle. Test were run and the problem was solved. Took about an hour so the service tech was very well prepared to walk me through the problem and I was satisfied.

Fast service, comfortable waiting area, with easy and quick access to all services at the lot! Parts area sales floor, rental office and service manager office. Some snacks and coffee, water, etc.
