Chris Cosgrove gave excellent service as usual I've been going to Chris for years for his service and expertise I had a normal oil change complete check up and the car was returned with oil on the manifold Apparently the tech had oil on his glove and left my car that way Chris then cleaned this for me before I left your dealership This part of my experience was not good that day and I question if anything major had to be done how my car would've been returned to me by your techs. Thanks again though for Chris Cosgrove
