Jose in the service department got me right in on my schedule time I waited it was awesome experience

I went to Courtesy Nissan to have my oil changed and tires rotated. The service representative was courteous, as usual. I miss, however, the shuttle service that would take us to our nearby restaurant and pick us up. The walk down was not too bad, but after eating, the walk back to the dealership in the unusual heat was exhausting. When I made the appt. for service and the shuttle service, they didn't advise me of the fact that they no longer offered the shuttle service.

Friendly & helpful as usual. Services performed in timely manner, much appreciated.
