Daniel was my service advisor. He was timely in reporting issues to me and offering the best options for me during the time Nissan had my car. The only reason for the 4 stars was because the scheduling rep advised me she would have someone call me before my appt. time to advise me if I was eligible for a rental car. Nobody called me and though Nissan has a shuttle service, it's better for me to have a set plan in place.
