Loved my salesman, Christian, he listened to me and I got just what I wanted. My original salesman, Juan was a no show for our appt and made no effort whatsoever to find me and apologize and furthermore I cannot believe that doing nothing got him 50% of the commission. I can see a 75/25 split, but 50% for one phone call is insane.

Upon arrival I was greeted by Jaime who quickly jumped in to assist me in getting the best vehicle for myself and my son. Jaime was attentive and continuously updated me on the profession of my auto loan possibilities. The original car I was interested in was not in any shape to be purchased however Jaime didn’t miss a beat and was able to get me into the car of my DREAMS at a price that was comfortable for me. I highly recommend courtesy Nissan. From the sales team to the financing managers, I was satisfied beyond my expectations!

Service was awesome. Before I completed the online application, someone was already contacting me to let me know they were there for me. The sales person was very knowlegeable. He understood my needs immediately and paid attention to it through the whole process. He kept in contact with me at regular intervals to let provide me a status. Made sure I was comfortable and at ease. Was not pushy and did not tried to sell me anything else but what I wanted. Made sure the process run smoothly.

I have a very good rapport with the service department and I'm treated very well.
