Kevin is absolutely one of the most wonderful service reps I’ve encountered. He’s the reason I continue my relationship with Nissan. I drive all the way to Tampa from Orlando because of how wonderful he is.

Called on Friday around 3 PM and explained to the service advisor my issue, bad battery still under warranty, and he told me to come in and it wouldn’t take long to swap out, no Appt needed. I get there around 4:45 after charging the battery up to start (alt working just fine so car stayed on) and driving 20 min through traffic to get to dealership, only 1 Advisor is on the phone while the rest were having personal conversations or doing nothing else and no one said anything to me. Someone could have at least acknowledged me and said “we’ll be right with you” or something similar, but nothing. Finally the one guy on the phone did acknowledge me and said he’d be with me in a moment. Whe. He was finished with his call, I told him the issue and he then asked one of the guys chatting to write me up to which he responded “I don’t really want to”, with me standing right there. After some back and forth between the two advisors, the lazy one finally got up and went to write me up, then told me it would be about an hour and 15 mins. To swap out a battery. I was pretty upset at that point and told him not to write me up and I was leaving. I did eventually call back to schedule an appointment for the following Monday as it was 5:00PM when I finally left. Appt scheduled for Monday morning at 9, which of course I had trouble just starting the car because it was not identifying the key at that point. Called and talked to Jose and he gave me the quick fix for the key issue. Showed up late for the appointment but Jose was happy to take me in(original Advisor on my Appt was not Jose). Jose took good care of me, hence the 4 stars, and totally turned my experience around with this service.

The service was timely and addressed all of my concerns. Communication was clear, helpful, and personable. Really happy to have my rear camera working again!
