It has been a delight dealing with the service department at Courtesy Nissan. Buying our preowned vehicle was seemless and a good experience. However, the continued service we receive from AJ has extraordinary. He has such a customer focused attitude and is the reason I will continue to use the dealership service department. His character and integrity is one that I don’t believe is found to often. It is obvious that takes pride in his work. I entered without an appointment and they agreed to see me on an urgent matter. My car was havibg trouble starting and within 40 minutes they assisted and solved the problem, also had oil change and a general check. No charge was made and the staff was excellent
