My first time dealing with the service department after purchasing my vehicle did not have a great start. I came in without an appointment and was treated as if l was an idiot. The staff could be more sensitive when dealing with customers. Once I was scheduled and came back at a later day the experience was awesome.

My experience was wonderful. I was able to get an appointment the same. I waited for my car. Was on and out within an hour.

Every person I encountered during my experience was polite and professional. Moe is a wonderful salesman, Leroy is excellent at his job, and the manager is very courteous and helpful. When I'm ready to upgrade my vehicle, I'll be going back to Courtesy Nissan. I'll also be recommending them to anyone who is purchasing a vehicle.
