The service was magnificent. I want to highlight the work and service I received from Edward Carrasquillo, who has been my salesperson since 2014. I have purchased four cars from him, and in every transaction, I have been very happy with my new vehicle. This time, I left an Infinity Q60 and picked up a Pathfinder, which has truly been an excellent exchange. Very smooth

I called my Nissan Dealer, Courtesy from a small garage where they told me I needed a new battery. I spoke with a very nice man in the parts dept. He looked up my records and told me my battery was still under partial warranty. I called Brandon, my service rep, and told him the problem. Brandon is just great, he told me to come in now (no appointment). When I arrived, Brandon was right there to greet me. He took care of everything, he had spoken with the man in the parts dept, checked the warranty, and told me it would not take long-and he would be giving me updates. I could not have asked for a better person to be my service rep. I really rely upon, and trust Brandon. Thank you for having such a great person on your staff.
