Overall the experience was fine, the service advisor Jose was very friendly, and the price ended up being exactly what I expected. My only complaint would be that power outlets in the waiting area were not easy to access. I brought my laptop so I could work while I was waiting but my battery ran out. But I also know you're in the middle of a renovation so maybe that is part of why. But I wish the tables had been set up near outlets.

Salesperson was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I bought. Did not pull any tricks to make more money, was very open to negotiating both the trade-in and the used vehicle. Made the car purchasing transaction very smooth and transparent and never made me feel pressured into signing or agreeing to anything. Overall a very pleasant person to work with and made me feel more comfortable and confident about the car financing process.The only reason I took off one star is because the contactless payment system was not working upon arriving (on a Sunday) which lead to problems the next few days since that is the easiest way to make the initial down payment. I would go on to receive calls from different people asking if I had paid the down payment, disregarding my very busy work schedule and also disregarding the numerous times mentioned that I would be off just before the weekend but they did not want to wait until then so had to take additional time off during my work schedule to make the deposit. So I made the deposit and did what was requested by them by sending official documentation of the transfer to the email they wanted. Even after the deposit was made using a wire transfer, I recieved another call asking if the money was deposited which raised my frustration even further. Apparently they never received such email from me so I had to send everything again. Luckily it was all saved to my phone because if it wasn’t it would’ve taken even longer.
