Although the A/C has been fixed and is working excellently now, when we were told that the car was ready and could be picked up, it actually was not blowing cold air. The tech said it probably had to run for a while before it kicked in, but that was not the case. So he took it back, worked on it again and an hour later, it was fixed. Other than that, it was a very pleasant experience and the A/C is now in perfect condition.

The disappointing factor is that I purchased a new electrical vehicle. In the third level charging stations in the Tampa area or all consistently broken when I'm trying to get a charge.

I was treated with respect the entire process. The stereotype of a dealing with a car dealership did not happen during my visit. No hard sell, no pressure. My questions were answered, and my requests were met, even when I changed a few of them as I understood more. This was my 4th dealership visit during the day, and I left with a new Nissan Kicks...kudos to the Team that won my business because of how I was treated and the fair deal.

Excellent staff members were quick to great, no wait, and they had car ready to look at. There was no pressure during the process.
