EXCELLENT SERVCE

I was inconsiderate and I think rude as well in that order. I can make excuses as to why or how it happened, but the bottom line is, I'm an older bird and I should know better. I needed a few items fixed on my newly purchased vehicle and I texted my salesman Adam late in the evening to confirm the time I should arrive. Bad form on my part, but he handled it with grace, and when I greeted him the following day (an hour later than I should've), it was like seeing an old friend. Later, I believe I gave the Service Advisor Michael a bit of an attitude when my vehicle was ready for pick-up and may have even seemed ungrateful. Again, he was very professional and handled our interaction with grace and professionalism. I do hope this will ease their memory of our encounter to some extent, and know that I am so ashamed.
