Had to take my 2021 Titan in for drivetrain issues on a Friday. Ended up needing a new transmission. Luckily my service advisor Serjio was able to locate and order a new one within the day and had it by Monday. I took the truck in Tuesday morning and picked it up the next day. I’m quite pleased with the guys at Courtesy and shout out to Serjio for the amazing service.

Dealing with Jonathan through messages and Felix in person was excellent. The actual day of purchase was very long and it was not done correctly. We had to communicate for weeks to get everything done correctly.
