Michael Hare was my advisor and he was amazing. Very professional, friendly and kind. He talked me through all the diagnosis codes that came up and helped me prioritize which items were high priority and which could potentially wait until a later visit. He also graciously arranged rides both home and back to the dealership. I have to admit, I was dreading this trip to the dealership because most dealerships are known to use high pressure tactics and price gouge, but my experience last week was to polar opposite and I am very pleased with the outcome. I'm considering returning to Courtesy for all my Nissan maintenance, even though I live 1+ hours away in Sarasota.

Had my oil changed and brake fluid flushed last Saturday , monday morning I noticed a puddle of oil in my drive way &i had to have my car towed ,along with that I also needed a ride to work ,long story short please MAKE SURE MECHANIC/ TECHNICIAN IS DOUBLE CHECKING ALL STEPS WHILE CHANGING OIL OR ANY FLUID ,i understand mistakes happen , but if he would have taken the extra seconds to look for the o ring for the oil filter , none of this would have happened ,but in the end your service team handled my issue &resolved it and made sure i was taken care of fastly
